The staff was fabulous, courteous and friendly. Delicious food. Great waterpark for patrons only. Clean rooms with balconies. Geared towards little kids with lots of activities. Lifeguards made it extra fun. Kid-friendly packages available. Family atmosphere.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with a nice walk to the waterpark and a close proximity to the outlet mall. After a long day at the waterpark, it was nice to warm up in front of the fireplace in the cozy rooms. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome, and the breakfast options were delicious. the facilities were well-maintained and provided a comfortable stay.
The cleanliness of the entrances and hallway carpets could have been better.

Celebrating Christmas at this hotel was a blast! The waterpark was the highlight of our stay, with plenty of fun slides for all ages. The lifeguards were attentive and ensured everyone's safety. The gift store was a great addition, with a variety of options to choose from. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. We also loved the clean rooms and comfortable beds, making for a cozy and relaxing stay.
The waterpark closed earlier than we expected, especially on weekends. The lack of housekeeping was noticeable, as we only encountered them when we requested an ice bucket.

Great Water Park Fun
We had a blast at Great Wolf Lodge! The water park was amazing, with plenty of fun activities for the whole family. Our kids had a great time going down the slides and splashing around in the pools. Despite the intense odor of chlorine, we felt safe and were glad that the water was well-maintained. We even rented a cabana for the day, which was a great choice for our group. The prompt and friendly service we received here made our stay even better. The staff quickly resolved an issue we had with the fireplace in our room, and we were impressed with their prompt response. we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this resort for families.

Our experience at Great Wolf Lodge was absolutely amazing. The wave pool was fantastic, despite the chilly temperature. There were plenty of water options for the younger kids, ensuring they had a blast. The room was spotlessly clean and the lifeguards were attentive and helpful.
Although there were a few negatives, such as a broken coffee pot and difficulty reaching the front desk via phone, the overall experience was incredible. The water park was a highlight for us, especially the wave pool, which made up for the slightly disappointing lazy river.
